It would be nice to be able to see a report for user locale/language. In countries like Switzerland there are multiple relevant languages so the Location report doesn’t help that much.
Currently it’s possible to get user language stats manually by attaching a custom property with a pageview but a default report would be nice too.
English language
I live in Switzerland with it’s 3 (4!) official languages and having visits shown as coming from “Switzerland” is not as useful as showing what is the language of my visitors would be.

I have manually attached the custom property for my website, but that just creates a list of locale codes (“nl-NL”, “en-US”, etc.). Native support in Plausible would allow for some improvements.
For example, it would be great if the dashboard by default shows a list of languages (Dutch, English, etc.) and clicking on one of those would filter all visitors by that language. Then you would see a list of more specific locales (British English, US English, English without a specific locale) so you can filter even further.
Thinking a step further, most users have configured a list of locales in their browser, including not just their preferred locale but also fallback locales. Keeping track of these could be useful as well to get better insight in the languages your visitors can understand, not just their preferred ones.
