Custom properties where the value is a URL should have a link to open the URL

For example, the outbound links extension has a url property that shows which external links visitors clicked on, but you can’t open the URLs without copy/pasting them from the report. It’d be useful if any custom properties that are valid URLs (or even just the ones that are called url) had the link to open them in a new tab, like the URLs in the top pages report do.
