Make it clearer when multiple filters are applied

If multiple filters are applied, only the first is shown. You only know multiple filters have been applied if you click “…” for “save as segmnent” and then it lists the other filters.

It would be nice if there was an indication eg “2 more filters” etc was visible on the page itself without having to look in “…” - this caught us out a few times! Thanks

thanks for the feedback @David Sommer! we’ve made a tiny tweak to how this works now which should hopefully help minimize this problem
