Support Bluesky referer tracking

We’d like to be able to see Bluesky as a traffic source, based on their new referer:

I see in the code that I think you use the list from this project, and have added a PR to get it supported, could you please update to include Bluesky?

Hey @Andrew Kuklewicz! We already count referral traffic from Bluesky. Here’s for instance our own live demo filtered by traffic from go.bsky.app: https://plausible.io/plausible.io?f=is,source,go.bsky.app
