Scroll Depth in Looker Studio connector

this was recently added to Plausible dashboard and our API so would be great to have it in the connector as well

Time on Page and Scroll Depth are now live! Anyone who is already using the connector will just need to refresh their fields to see them added => https://cloud.google.com/looker/docs/studio/refresh-data-source-fields
