Option to turn on "Congrats! We've recorded the first visitor on..." emails

We send an automated email as soon as a dashboard receives its first visitor. However, for some accounts, especially those managing a substantial number of sites, this may not be necessary or desired. It would be great if we could add an option to turn off these emails.
