Set default team view on logging in

Now that the team feature has rolled out, it would be good if we could set the “Team” view to be the default view for new users we add. As our users don’t have personal sites or subscriptions, there is no use in the “Personal” view for them.

we’ve made this process simpler now:

you click on the invite link in the email, you create your account and you’re automatically taken to the team view

no need to accept the invite and no need to manually switch from personal to team view anymore
