As a multi-website e-commerce merchant with traffic that can be greatly impacted by seasonality, I have a problem with the business model that counts page views for an annual plan on a monthly basis.
For 10 months of the year I can be at 60% or 80% of my pageview quota, and if I exceed my quota by 10% in November and December (Black Friday and Christmas) I have to upgrade to the higher plan or my account is suspended, even though I had more than enough quota available in annual view.
It would be fairer for annual plans to count page views for the full year.
