Option to generate self-hosted plausible JS snippet

Currently all generated versions of the plausible script assume that the script is being linked to directly on plausible.io. Some of us would prefer to configure their setups so that the script is accessible via their own domain. Currently doing this breaks the script and causes no analytics to be sent to plausible. It would be great if in the options for features in script generation, users could select to self-host the script, and the snippet would update itself to avoid this error.
