Cancellation of Trial Account

Dear Plausible Team,

I am writing to cancel my trial account and will not be moving forward with Plausible Analytics at this time.

After installing the plugin on my WordPress site, it began intercepting all navigation within my WordPress admin dashboard, making it impossible to access any settings, plugins, or pages. I was unable to deactivate it through normal WordPress means and had to disable it manually through my hosting server’s file manager.

I understand this may be an unusual technical conflict specific to my setup, and I do not doubt that Plausible works well for many users. However given the disruption it caused and the time required to resolve it, I am not comfortable continuing.
