Expand hotkeys to (custom) filters

I like scrolling back and forth between monthly, all time, today, etc. But I like using different filters (some custom) in different time ranges. It would be nice to be able to either (i) automatically have hotkeys for those filters or (ii) setup hotkeys yourself.
